Notify us of any special concerns (reactive dogs, fragile areas, etc.)

Let us know if chemicals, fertilizers, or treatments were recently applied

Tools and footwear are cleaned and disinfected between properties

Waste is removed using proper containment methods

We avoid contact with play equipment, patios, and high-traffic areas

Technicians follow consistent routes to minimize disruption to your yard

We respect property boundaries and privacy at all times

Reduces exposure to parasites and bacteria commonly found in pet waste

Helps prevent reinfestation and cross-contamination

Litter bucket service handled with separate tools and disposal procedures

Extra care taken around areas where pets eat, play, or rest

Environmental Responsibility:

Waste is disposed of in accordance with local guidelines

No dumping or improper disposal

Weather & Seasonal Considerations:

Services may be adjusted during heavy rain, snow, or unsafe conditions

Spring thaw and winter buildup handled carefully

Communication provided if timing needs to change

If weather prevents a scheduled visit, you won’t be charged for that week.
However, If waste accumulates and results in a heavier cleanup at the next visit, a 50% service fee may apply to account for the additional volume collected.
